Shopify Integration: Cart abandonment text messages
We all know abandoned carts are every e-commerce owner’s kryptonite. Shopify store owners, rejoice! We’ve launched a direct integration with Shopify that makes deploying cart abandonment text messages completely automated. Did you know that 3/4 of Shopify users abandon their carts? You’re missing out on profits! Close those sales by texting a discount to your cart abandoners. Simply click on Settings, Integrations, and connect your Shopify store to your Mobiniti account. Here, you’ll be able to set up your cart abandonment messages.
Inbound Text Notifications: Receive a text when you get a response
Want communication with your contacts to be even more seamless and quick? We’re excited to reveal a new feature: Inbound Text Notifications! This feature will enable you to receive a text message anytime you receive a response to any of your text marketing campaigns. Simply click on Settings, Notifications, and enter your Inbound Text Notification preferences. Then, reply directly from your phone by clicking on their phone number and sending a new message, or receive a link to login to the Mobiniti app and respond. Read our How To Guide
